Running Infosized. After five months inside someone else’s company I am back on my own business, working with coaches and creators on launching products, monetising what they know, and running webinars end to end.

Building

spamcheck.infosized.co, the first thing I shipped. Free, no signup. Paste your cold email and it flags the words that will land you in spam.

A lead tracker for the agency, one row per lead, because replies and Loom views land weeks after the send and wreck any daily rate you try to read. Not public yet. A CRM for Infosized after that.

Thinking about

Why personalisation at scale keeps losing to personalisation at ten. My current answer is that the thing people respond to is evidence you actually looked, and there is no cheap way to fake evidence. So the honest version is fewer sends and better ones.
